Hello people~ Hopefully there are people here~ this is gonna be a short post to test the fun of posting using the blogger app for iPhone~

So the other I went fishing with friends at Semenyir. Yes, Semenyir.. Far from the town~ anyways, it is not a pleasent trip I would say.. No big fishes, and those fishes seem to be high or much aggresaive than normal time.. Mating season I suppose~

Well, it bad day for me.. As I using my new rod tht i baught 3 weeks back~ and some new hooks~ luck wasn't at my side as when i try to unhook one of the fish, it jump and one of the hook penetrated into my lady finger.. Picture will tell u the rest of the story..

Mosquitoes are annoying and irritating! Agree? Yes, especially when u trying hard to sleep and almost fall asleep, it flew close to your ear and you slap yourself hard. Then you are awake again. That's happen a lot to me last time. End up I waste my whole night killing them and searching them around my room.

Well, unfortunate for me, got bitten by aedes once at beginning of 2010 and it is really suffering for me. I feel weak and uncomfortable. My head is so heavy and feel like just laying on my bed 24 hrs. Throat was in pain and hard for me to drink water. The worst part is blood was taken almost everyday to measure my white blood palette. It was a 2 weeks hell for me.

So people, it is important for us to fight against Aedes. It not just keeping yourself from suffering, it also help others. Make sure you area was clean and Aedes free! Watch the video below and understand the important to keeping Aedes away. It save people around you from suffering or worst death.

Clinical symptoms of dengue during febrile phase:
• acute febrile (2-7 days)
• generalised body ache
• joints ache
• headache
• rashes
• retro-orbital pain
• sore throat, injected pharynx
• nausea, vomiting

While the warning signs:
• Abdominal pain
• persistent vomiting
• mucosal bleed
• lethargic, restlessness

Symptoms might be vary from a person to another due to difference human immune system. If you have any of above symptoms and fever that come and goes for 2-3 days, better have a check out at your nearest clinic/hospital before it too late.

Well, been few months since my last post. Just can't find the motivation to blog most of the time. The internet connection hate me when I start blogging. I just don't know why the internet always down whenever I tried to blog. But anyways, it been nice to me today. Please stay stable~

I promised to post up more update on my trip after the Ipoh trip but I am too busy travelling here and there! Nvm, I will post two trip in this post which is the Asian Water Sport Villa trip and also Redang trip~

Let's start up with the Asian Water Sport Villa trip~ So about 13 of us gather up and head to the villa but we got kinda lost at the first place but luckily we got there on time! After registered for our reservation and ssome briefing before we start our day, we got gear up with our life jackets. And what else after that? The BANANA BOAT! And later at night we have BBQ! Enough of tpying, Let the photos talk!

After like God knows how long we planned this trip, we finally make it to the lovely Redang Island located in Terengganu which is my hometown. So I back to Terengganu earlier than the rest of the travelmates so that I have time for my families and get thing ready for them before they arrive. So on that day, we head off to the jetty really early in the morning. Pretty rush cause I braught them for breakfast and stuff. Anyways, we reach the resort at 11pm and given some briefing on the schedule and some do & don't. Hmm.. how long this will be? Enough of the words, let have a look at the photos!

Alrite! I finished my final exam one month ago and wasting no time I gone for my first after-exam celebration trip~ Guess where I went?

The city famous for its Steam Chicken with bean sprout and flavorful coffee!
Well, I don't go there alone by myself... Together in the trip were Samuel, Celestine and Kahwai~
Since it is 3days 2nights trip, Kahwai's cousin bring us all around Ipoh for great food! So this post will be basically about what we eat during the trip!

Finally~ an update after February~ Hahah! I gonna back to blogging during my holidays! I just finished my final exam for higher diploma and the result was alright~ Went for vacation with friends all around the places in KL and K.Trg and later during mid-May will be going to Kuching! I feel excited bout going to kuching as there is another part of Malaysia that I believe most Malaysian never been there!

Just came back from Redang Island today! Tiring but fun! thanks to the bunch of crazy friends! hahah!

Alright! Will make more update with the pictures of my vacation in my next post!

Time flies... Its been 3 years I studying in Taylor's University which used to be Taylor's College... Today English Class lecturer asked us to write a paragraph about ourself on what had changed since the first day in college/university...

Well, to be honestly... I changed a lot... mostly because of people around me... all kind of characteristic... fun, easy-going, crazy, serious, selfish, EMO and a lot more... But I have to admit without them, my life won't be so colorful! I got funky color, bright color, BLACK&WHITE and rainbow and bla bla bla... Whatever the color is, it makes my life better...

hmmm... I wish to lay on field full with green~ or laying on the bed of sand at the seaside~ Looking at the clear blue sky with cloud blocking the sun and the cold wind is blowing... With the cold touch on my skin makes me feel so relax...

I finished my training around one week ago... so now enjoy my boring holiday in Puchong~ The reason why I still in PJ and not going back to my hometown was simply because my whole family in Italy right now having their vacation~ Why I am not going? Don't ask~ haha~
Anyways, we for few drinking session... 2 to be actual~ one was right after training and the other one was when Geralyn back from Langkawi~

And let's have a look on the cardboard~ The collection of me and Charlie~

As you see, the middle beautiful bottle was J.W Swing, and the one on the right side of J.W Swing is J.W Gold Label 18 years, and the rest 3 bottles are J.W Gold Label Reserve~ so far this is our collections and I believe more to come after this~ haha~

Been unable to online for the past whole week~ why? forgot to pay my bill~ that's why~ haha~

Alright, I finished my exam for Term 4 last Friday... Went out with my friends after that, I did pretty much fun things with my friends this holidays~

On Monday, I went fishing with Joshua, Nicholas, Alex and two of Joshua's friends, Jack and Kit... It was kinda dried fishing trip with only 1 patin and 2 roohoos (with 5 person fishing and 6 fishing hours, 3 fishes are damn little...) The biggest disappointment was when Joshua's friend, Kit lost a big patin, around 4-5kg which only inches away from us...6 men stunned for 1 minute and I sat on the ground looking at the big fish that swim away... I still feel Emo whenever I think of it... Anyways, the bright side, at least I got 2 roohoos and Joshua got one patin~

(Oppsss... was playing Sudoku just now... totally forgotten bout I'm blogging... haha~ ok back to my blog~)

Then the next day, Tuesday, I went to Genting Highland with Yenwei, Celes, Yew, Henry, Kahwai, Sam, Geralyn, Celine~ We meet Celine's brother and his friend there~ And we have steamboat for dinner in the hotel room~ haha! Then Celine's brother, Arthur introduced us this game called The Wolves~ Pretty fun game~ And I believed everyone enjoy the game especially the wolves girlssss~ Hahahahah~

Then Wednesday, Nothing much as we came back from Genting highland and have a good rest~
Well then Thursday, same group of people went down to Melacca to visit the town full of good foodsssss~ Two cars one destination~ haha~ Meet up with Charlie and Lisa there~ Then we went for photo shooting with all those pros camerasssssss (I think I gonna get one soon...) We eat a lot for the whole day, Pork Satayssss, Cendol, Rojak, Some desserts at Arena and Also SATAY CELUP! We head back around 10.30pm~

Well thats all for my first week of holiday~ Will update more often if I got time~

I been reading this book recently, a gift from Mr.Patrick. Even I just started to read for the first few pages, I felt that this book inspired me... Its makes me think more mature and I realize a lot of things that never come across my mind... hopefully this book will make me a better person.. better leader for now and in future...

Different topic...

I been really tired recently... not physically but mentally... being a leader is not easy... to convince people is even harder... to make ur team mate think as how you think is double the hardness...
Well, I admitted that I not a good leader but I trying my best... Most of them think that they have their personal problem and choose not to give a damn to things like project/assignment tht they should be worried about... And when you ask them to something, they will just do it for the sake of doing it without thinking much deeply on the benefits of everyone else in the team...
The sentence I quote from the book I read the best way to be success is to make your employees think like a leader... but to make them thinks is not that easy... They have their own mind and I am just a leader by the name... afterall we are all still students... Whatever I said will be something like microorganism that nobody will even bother to care of... Maybe for them it just an assignment to make them pass their degree... but for me, it not just to pass my degree, it time for me, for us to practice to be a better person in future...
That's the problem the people have, they think for short distance and never care much afterall...
I am not saying they are selfish because sometime we have to be selfish depending on what situation we have... I'm selfish too... What I saying is they need to be more understanding and put some efforts to makes things work out for everyone...

Exam is half way finishing and everyday what I heard was people telling each others how hard they study but nothing got into their mind and whatever it is... but the fact is they do know... Most of my friends look at me and ask, 'hey why u so free one like u are not worried bout the exam'. I will always tell them there is nothing for me to worry about, I had studied what I think I should and why must I worried even sometime I dun even think that I know the answer for the questions ask in the exam paper.
They will always replied me 'ohh... sure la... u so smart ma... can memorize easily within short time'.
Well my friends, I am not smart, I just understand what I read and analyze better... In fact all of you are better than me, Yes... you are... I am not sure smart/genius type of person... I just understand what I studied and use them. So STOP memorizing START understanding and analizing!
If you want to know why you can't understand the sentences, it is because you assume things before you even finish the whole sentences. Focus and read carefully, find the key words, then come out with the main point.

Here is another things that turns me off all the times... people that always assume things as they think but in fact thats not true at all... Yes, it's good that you express your feeling the way you want it but can you think of what others might feel and think? Especially you are commmenting about something bad about people or things... What people will feel when they over heard what you said? You definitely feel that you did nothing wrong by expressing ur feeling but how bout others if they did nothing wrong and got bad comment just because you assume things in your ways?
Dear my little friends, please think from their point of view... please understand the whole thing before you even make the judgement. Afterall, who are you to judge them if you are not better than them? And even if you are better than them, still do you think you know everything and able to judge a person?
Think again... Always thinks before you speak!
I felt really bad today because I felt offenced by sentences written to me... Seriously, I am the worm in your brain that know everything... I am not the person that write the future of everyone... I do not know what in your mind and how I suppose to know what happen... I just transfered a msg to you and you assume that I ruin your plan? Read the sentence I wrote to you carefully, its not me the one who invite him... He never come accross my mind until somebody remind me of it and I just so happen to ask you bout him...
Please, I hate it so much...

It's been really long time ago that I ever wrote such a long entry... There are a lot in my brain/heart that I want them to gone but I just can't do it... I think I should stop here... So what's toy/toys I wan to see in the movie? Definitely all the toys!!! New toys, old toys and All time favourite Woody and Buzz!!!!!

Well, if I have to pick 1 toy that I would want to see in ToyStory 3, I will pick CHUNK!!! The muscular spikey huge little toy~ haha!

Even with all the spikes and muscles.. He looks really cute! Especially with his smilling face~ owh... Oh god... I sound so girlish~ But I just love it!

The Sign ~

Hello my readers!!!!! Do you all notice that I love to use this ' ~ ' sign no matter wat my sentence are? No yes no yes? Yes, I do agree that I use a lot of this sign~ See there go the sign again~ and again~ and.... too much again~

Why am I posting up this is because someone just asked me and it came accross my mind and I realize that I have been using this sign for quite sometime~ Since 2008? I guess so... Can't remember when but I think thats was the time I start using it~ I start using in SMS before I use it in Facebook or MSN~

Why I use this sign? Mainly because I feel this sign looks more soft in the sentence~ normal fullstop looks very formal in certain case which I choose to replace it with '~' watever this sign called~

Besides that, I also wan to create some special recognisation from other people toward me, especially those around me so that they can recognise me by looking at the symbol/sign in the SMS in case I send msg tru somebody else phone and forgot to address myself~ so with that symbols people will roughly guess who am i~

Apart from those 2 reasons, I think there is one more reason which I not even sure if it is one of the reason... anyways, just keep it away~

Alrite that conclude why I use '~' this symbol in my sentence all the time~

My 20th Birthday!!!

3 days back was my birthday... so I am officially 20 years old! Celebrated my birthday with the four soulsuckers, Yew, Lisa and Charlie at The Ship damansara~ It was really fun that night~ What I felt the best was they succesfully surprise me this year by bringing me the cake 2 hours before my birthday pass... Thank you to you all for the effort, I am really surprise and love it!

Then I went to Republic the next day to have some fun with more friends! Surprisingly, I still standing even with the Flaming Lambo and shot of Absinthe and quite a lot of black label~ LOLx~

Then the next day I went down to KL to meet up my mum and she baught me a present! Guess what it is? A wallet!!!

My mum said:'This is your present for the past 10 years.' Haha!

My name sealed inside the wallet~ C.C.Tor... Sound like I am so girlish... but that's my name and I love it~

My 2 years Diploma

Alrite guys, my final exam left only 2 days to go... Then I will be officially finish my Diploma~ I can't believe I passed my 2 years Diploma just like that... Things changed a lot in this 2 years... Myself and people around me... Let's recall some of the memories~

Term 1

Mervyn!! Do u remember this? hahaha!!!
It so happen that Mervyn was my first pastry partner~ haha! And tht the first creation!! Butter cake tht does not looks like a butter cake... haha!

Then the 1rst May came and we form a college family~ haha! Everyone looks totally different now beside Sam I think~

Then the first time we celebrated Sam's birthday~ He invited us to his house for his birthday~

Went to Hi5 bread Factory with DH30~ Yeah!

Celebrated Celes's birthday before we off for our term break~

Term 2

Won a Merit Award in Moral assignment which is to act in a drama... With college family~

Pastry class with Chef Tan~ I miss this guy a lot~ great chef with wide knowledge~

Went for steamboat with some of the group 6~ Grace is hungry...

College on Fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Redang for a holiday trip with Group5~ Trip where I get to know a lot of new people which I dun even realise they are in the same course as mine~ haha!

Well Term6 still not end yet~ but few more days to go~ We will having lots of fun still~ I will always remember those time during Diploma~ haha! I love DH30 Group 4,5,6!!!!!!!!!!! We always the best group togetheR!!!!!!

Here I wish everyone in DH30 Group 4,5,6 All the best in whatever you all do in future... We will come across again somehow in the future(Those who not continue-ing they degree)... And those who continue-ing their degree... *Need to see the same faces again... jz joking* Let's fight for what we wish for~

My Favourite Sport

Remember the previous post I posted up title 'I wanna be a Projet Alpha TV Star'? This time is about my favourite sport~ What is my favourite sport? Football!!!!!!!!!!! Football has been my all time favourite sport even I not playing football for about 1 year plus cause people are more into futsal here.

Back to those days in my secondary school time, I always play with my friends and we even have a team call Underground FC... Not to be proud or what but we are quite a strong team among the rest of secondary team.

This photo was taken after a friendly match with a team from other school. We won the game 4-2.

While this is one of my favourite photo, we took this before we play in the final and we won as a champion for our club league~ haha! (I not playing for my team tht time but I was in another team which I formed up myself and we were knock-out in the semi-final)

This photo was taken when we join the MCA football tournament... Saw me??? If you do, you might be asking why I'm not in my team jersey? Did I told you that I am the manager of my team as well? Hahaha~ We lost in the tournament as that was our first time join a tournament and we have not enough experience compare with those uncles...

Beside playing in all those tournament and friendlies, we enjoy playing football just for the sake of kicking the ball and enjoy the fun of it... Sometime when its rain, we got more excited as playing in rain are something really fun!!! You must try if you guy got a chance to do so~ Don't worry of getting sick, you won't!!! With rain splashing on your face and field full with water pitch and the ball were floating on the water rather than on the ground... and we were kicking the water to opponent more than kicking the ball!!! Hahahaha!!! I can't stop myself from thinking of those momment!!!

Those time playing football with all my friends was really fun... After all the sweating momment, we smell horrible!!! Hahahaha!!! Of course now we no longer fear of being smelly after sweaty sport game as we have this :

I jz came back from my very last practical class for restaurant in my whole 2 years Diploma... While I was checking through my Facebook, I came across this article posted up by one of my friends... Here is the link --->>> Ghastly Animal Abuse.
Human always tell tht's dogs are their best friends... And this is how human maintain they relationship with their best friends...

I understand some people jz dun like dogs regardless what races are u, but did they done anything wrong to u or to ur family or someone close to your heart? Even if they did, I dun think they deserve what to be punish this way... I jz hope whoever did tht to tht dog in the news will get the same treatment one day... I dunno how but the God know how...

Everything born into this world regardless what you are or who you are... we all are given an equal life... Be fair to other and to yourself... Treat others the way you want to be treated... There are always positive and negative side... just don't look too much on the negative side... Most of the time positive side gv more benefit tht what u think...

Week of disasterssssssss

Last week was the worst week in my entire college life time... First I crashed my lovely car and second I got dengue fever~

I crashed my car on last Saturday night after a lovely dinner with 80% of Group5, 3 from Group 6 and 2 from Group4 at our junior's food promotion. It's a great night with fantastic foods, of cause not to forget the last activity, Poker! Which me and Foohaw was the last two to play after eliminating 3 other players. He won as we played showed hand on the last round. After the event we off to yamcha section, and on my way there I skided my car and bang the divider. How was my damage? See the picture below and u will know~

I felt sick the next day, high fever... I tot it was jz a normal fever but the day after tht told me it not jz a fever... I might in a bigger trouble~ Red dots started to grow all over my arms, chest and almost all part of my body. I went for a blood test it showed tht I am suspected for Dengue Fever... Thts crazy... I choose not to stay in hospital since my white platelet count drop till 128 which is 22 lower than normal count. But still no need to admit in hospital... only if my white platelet count drop below 100. My white platelet keep dropping the next day, and thts make me worried cause it my cause biggggggggg trouble if keep dropping, such as internal bleeding and those bloody things... anyways, good new is tht the white platelet count increase the next following days which means I am finally recovered! Thts end my worst week...

Another nightmare gonna started as my finals coming soon... Studying studying... Shall see u guy in next post~ bye~

I guess I need to apologize for not updating my blog after so long~ Sorry to all my readers... I been little busy lately~

Okay... Did I told u guy my campus have move to new campus call the Lakeside campus? No? Let me tell u guy about my BEAUTIFUL campus~

Inside my campus~ There is a beautiful lake that why it's call the lakeside campus~ Its have 5 beautiful block which will be Block A,B,C,D,E where A and B are the Admin block and B will be the MPH... Block C,D,E will be out classroom and for hospitality course, We will having our class basically all in Block C~

And guess what~ They have a parking space for student!!! Parking space that I guess is around half of a football field? Maybe a little bit bigger~ And they got like few thousand of student study in the college!!! At least half of them are driving I believe which included me... So is the parking enough??? Let's see what happen when there are more car than the available parking space~

Students came all the way from their home to college and they have traffic Jam on their way here and now, when they in college... they still need to face traffic jam~ so so pity the students~

Do you guys notice something on the up left of the picture? Let me focus on it~

What is tht??? Every morning when we parked our car and come out from the car, what we have is the wonderful smell of the mother nature~ came from the place u saw in the picture~

And oh ya~ Everytime when its rain... We will have a lot of little ponds inside the college~ And we even have float~ where it is? It is near the stair case of LG floor, block C~ This happen when u wants thing to be done fast when there is no quality~

I feel lucky to be in the college~ Wonderful college~ U guy know which college right? The name no need to be mention here~ The word Lakeside tell it's all~

In certain cases, the hole seals itself up after sometime but unfortunately this doesn't happen to this cute little angel over here and doctors pronounced surgery as being necessary to prevent the situation from growing worse.

Let start with January... wait! From January to March I was having industrial training!!! Let combine this three month together~

January to March
I did my first training in Meritus Pelangi Beach and Spa Resort, Langkawi. Located along the Famous Pantai Cenang(Cenang Beach). For the whole 3 months I spend my life like go to work then back to room then have my dinner/lunch then drinking session during the offday and ate a lot of pizzasssssssssss~ I drink a lot as alcohol are very cheap with tax~

Christmas is just around the corner!!!

Christmas is coming!!! Haha~ everyone love Christmas~ I remember the first time I celebrated Christmas was during 2007 after SPM. A whole big group of us travel from KT all the way to Bukit Bintang just to celebrate Christmas... Haha~ Stayed in Fortunal Hotel in Bukit Bintang... And we bump into a lot of others KT friends which so happen to stay there as well... its like the little KT town there~ Anyways, tht was past and something worth to be remember forever...

Now this year I gonna celebrate my Christmas in my hometown... I do wish to celebrate here but I can't stop myself from missing my family, my mum, my two little brothers and the fresh air in my hometown... Haha~ At least I feel more relaxing in my hometown...

Humm... who gonna be there??? Oh ya~ I gonna visit my best friend, Priyaa since she gonna shift to Kuantan this 25th December... ya on Christmas day itself... I had not been meeting her since 2 years ago... Oh God I miss her a lot~

What else I wan to do in my hometown??? I think gonna finish up my psr report as well... haha~

Oh... how bout some research on all the alcohol beverages??? Maybe I will create some new modern cocktail recipes~ I love to mix~ miX mIX MIX!!! I still need some bar equipments... What I need??? I need a bar spoon, strainer, muddle and bla bla bla~ I feel like flying to Singapore cause I heard they sell all this bar equipment quite cheap compare to what we have here... 1 day... 1 day... the day will come~ haha~

I will in KT for Christmas so anyone want join me??? haha~ maybe will just end up sleeping in my house~ LOLx~

3 day 2 night to Melaka !!!

Went for a trip to Melaka with Josh, Sam, Jay, Mervyn and Charlie last Friday.. suppose to start our journey at 11am but end up at 1pm... haha~ Malaysian's timing~ Anyways, reach Melaka quite late to have chicken rice as lunch, so we change to have our high-tea with pork satay!!!

After that we went for cendul ice somewhere near the Red House. During night we plan to have some nyonya food but the shop was close so we change to eat wantan mee!!! Very delicious wantan mee!

The next day we woke up around 12pm... instead having chicken rice we went to have 'mee goreng'... Melaka special fried noodle as our breakfast+lunch. Guest what?? Charlie asked us to add white vinegar into the fried mee before we eat it...
At first we felt wierd bout it but after we tasted the fried mee with the vinegar, WOW!!! Wonderful taste! Beside the fried mee, their toasted bum with butter and kaya also taste really good!

After our brunch we went to cc to play CS since we got 6 of us~ Later at night we went to eat the Melaka famous Satay Celup!!!

After dinner we went back to Jonker street to have some drinks. Charlie leave earlier to joined his friends birthday. So we went for our supper without him. We went to have Dry Prawn Mee and Asam Laksa+Cendul ice somewhere in the Jonker street~ The asam laksa damn delicious and the prawn mee soup is seriously nice! (Backside tear the next morning for eating spicy and sour food after beer)

Hello folksssssssssssssssss~ haha~ I just came back from my trip to Malacca~

Ya ya.. I finished my exam 3 days ago and trip to Malacca is like an after exam party...

Well I not going to post much about my trip to Malacca... not now cause I need to get the photos from sam and josh...

So what I gonna talk here???

How about we start with my very late P.A post???

As we all know... My P.A is to organise an event about food promotion... And to organise an event we have to divide our jobs... Since it about food so we have restaurant and kitchen department. For Restaurant part we start with the Restaurant manager and her assistant and so on and so on~ And for kitchen we will have Head chef with his three assistants and his crews...

And who is the head chef??? Oh ya... its ME !!! haha~ Well honestly, I don't really want to be in the kitchen at the first place... what I want is to be in bar because I really like it... anyways, since they choose me to be in the kitchen and lead the whole kitchen team, I take up the job...

From the beginning till the end, I trying my best to reach my limit and do the best I can do... but I found out that I can't... something wrong in me... Yes... And I'm happy that I found out what's wrong with me 3 weeks back... At here again, I want to said Thank You to my kitchen team who gv a lot of support through out the whole event and they really impressed me with the result during tht night... and from tht day, I changed my view on them... and I and sorry to everyone because I failed to do my best tru out the whole event...

Okay... let cut down all the emotional speak... and proceed to the event from the very beginning to the end!!! haha~

Just finish English and French language exams today~ French was really easy and I kinda feel so waste for waking up early in the morning to study~ anyways, at least I can concentrate on the rest of the subjects.

Went to fishing just now with Sam and Josh... Well, maybe today is not our day, none of us catch anything... and my fishing remain virgin~ haha~ K.N.S~

Oh ya... my previous post on the cocktail I created... I have found an solution to make it turn more violet... By adding blue curacao can help to turn the color into violet yet without change the taste as it have orange flavour same as triple sec... 10ml of triple sec and 20ml of blue curacao~ should be perfect by now~ haha~ shld try to do it next time~

I have been thinking of doing some renovation in my blog and I hving some problem to put the nuffnang sidebar adv~ maybe after exam I will find some free time to do so~ hopefully I hv free time~

Since the day I make my decision, I felt my life is getting better... and it shld remain tht way~

Bar-tendering seem to be common favourite among the hospitality students including myself... I love to be in bar since I train as a bartender in my first industry training... for me, the most important thing being a bartender is to make wonderful drink that will give their customer unforgettable memories... of course in bar is not just about making drink but to entertain ur customers who might sit at the bar counter... And fairing of bottle and shaker will be the common skill for a bartender to entertain their customer...
All this while I am thinking about how can I improve my skill in bar... I have very limited equipments and ingredients or I shld said no ingredients... All those alcohol beverages are so damn expensive and how wish I can stay in Langkawi and try out the recipes that came into my mind all the time...

Beside thinking bout bar... I always think about what I gonna do in my future... I wanted to plan... I wants to make a whole planning on what my future restaurant going to be... what food to be serve... what bar should I hv... what layout will be my restaurant have? And till the more specific area like which supplier I should go for my food ingredients as well as beverages... and where should I locate my restaurant... How can I manage the restaurant... I need someone who have expreriences in this area to give me some advises... I know who to look for but now is just not the best time yet...

Humm... I am tired... seriously need some rest.. good night guys...

Dancing Princess Violet

Today... oppss.. Yesterday I had my last FnB practical class in term5. During applied tech class, we need to present our own personal cocktail. So now let me proudly present to you all the "Dancing Princess Violet"!!!

Before that, let me introduce something about my cocktail. It is a perfect concoction of (30ml)Dry Gin, (30ml)Light Rum, (30ml)Triple Sec, (60ml)Ribena, (20ml)Lime juice and lastly top up with (90ml to 120ml)sprite~ Method used is shake and direct pour... Shake all the ingredients(except sprite) and pour into a tall glass then top up with sprite~

The Lemon symbolised the blond hair of the princess while the mint leaf symbolised the princess's emerald tiara.

It could be nicer if I can use higher glass such as hurricane glass or maybe bamboo glass but bamboo glass with be a little be too tall... need to increase the measurement for the ingredient if use bamboo glass... A collins glass will be the best choice~

Dancing Princess Violet

Color could be nicer if the glass use is higher... Will give white sparkling effect on top with violet base which symbolised a beautiful princess in her violet dress, silky blond hair and shining Emerald Tiara~

And that my cocktail of my own... before this cocktail, I make one cocktail once... I think I used gin as well with campari, Monin caramel syrup, and top up with passion fruit juice... I think thts all the ingredients I had used... should try it again in future...

Humm... I hv an individual folder to keep everything for my blog... In the folder I hv sub-folder which I label them by college term. I in term 5 now and comparing the 5 sub-folder from term1 to term5... I felt like why the pictures in the folder are getting lesser and lesser~ The only reason I can think of is maybe we spend lesser time with each other from term to term. Things change as well as people.

Oh gosh~ I become an emo-kia lately~ Very emo sometime and I think I need a vacation to somewhere near beach and out of the city~ I shld start planning now~ Langkawi gonna be my best choice now since Redang is unavailable now~

Hey guy~ Sorry for no updating my blog~ My food promotion just finish last Saturday~ I felt kinda good now~ At least major part of my stress had gone~

Let me share something during the promotion~ I really impressed with the result of how my kitchen team work, they seriously did not dissapoint me~ From morning 9am till nite after the event, we all work so hard and have fun in the kitchen also... Well, nothing is perfect, something bad happened but at least I manage to control the whole situation. The whole promotion was really a fantastic exprerience for everyone of us~ from service side to kitchen~ not forgotten the bar too~ This is why I'm so in love with Grp 4,5,6.

Next, nothing to do with my promo. Human is born with characteristic, differ from one and another~ and the way people think is very hard to imagine~ Recently, I felt that one of my friend just dunno how to respect others~ I know how good to be with someone u like but please respect ur friend when they are around u~ I totally felt like a lamp or pendaflour light with only 'Tick Tack' and 'ze ze' sound~ I no nid to know how u express love to each other... it's NON OF MY BUSINESS~ And I DUN GIVE A DAMN TOO~

Hello folks~ haha~ Just came back from a wonderful dinner at KL~ Went Elcerdo with Mervyn, E-jinn, Charlie and Kah Wai to hv our dinner~

Elcerdo is a restaurant that provide Spanish cuisine. The main item for the menu in the shop is pork. 90% of the menu items are pork. So for those pork lovers, this is a place that u surely don't want to miss out~

What we have for our dinner? Let the pictures tell u what we order~

This is our appetiser~ Jamon Serrano from Spain, Imported high quality dried ham serve with Rock Melon and Salad.

Next is our first main course~ Marinated Pork Shoulder Steak~

Then follow by the second main course~ I dunno wat pork ribs~ What I know is this course is a new item in the menu~

Last but not least~ The Einsbien~ Its a name for Pork Knucker~

For my beverage, I order a Fruity Red Sangria. Very fruity, and the taste of the spanish red wine are really good~

The price is quite expensive but the food is worth for the money~ After tonight dinner, I guess plates of sand will be my breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of the week~

OMG!!! It's been one whole week I did not touch my blog!!!! I kinda losing my inspiration to blog~ mostly because of my low internet connection which always take a long time to upload the pictures and to login to my account~

As my college started last Monday, I am back to college life~ On the Tuesday, we had our first restaurant practical class and it buffet service so basically nothing much to do beside clearing the dirty plate, check the food at the buffet line and serve drinks~ So we had our Applied Tech class before the serving class and during the AT class we learned about alcohol drink like beer, spirit and etc~ When we talk bout beer I asked Sam why not we go for some beer at Brussels after class. He say ok and we start asking whoever wan to join us~ So end of the day we had Evon, Joshua, Sam, Jessica, Nick, Charlie and me~ After class, we off to Brussels~

My purpose of going there is to try out some beers since Sam told me that they sell some beers that we hardly get in Malaysia~ I tried Hoegaarden and Stella~ I think Stella give me really good feel and I think I should dumb Heineken and go for Stella~ Hoegaarden is very smooth and rich in favour. I spend my last 3 weeks at my hometown and I enjoy my holiday a lot~ Especially during the Raya week where everyone is back in town~ We had a BBQ party in my house and then do some beer talk till 5am in the morning~ Talking bout all the crap from past to now~ Really hoping for the next party now cause it really fun having a small gathering with the old friends~

I am back to blogging~~~~~~~ Fishing fishing fishing~ nah~ this post not going to be my fishing trip thing~ but it have something to do with my fishing thing~ hehe~

Remember I said I gonna get myself a fishing rod? Yes~ I bought myself a fishing rod few days back during my offday~ with the help of my brother Sam~

I like the color of my rod seriously~ When I first saw the fishing rod~ I got the feeling like 'she' asking me to buy 'her'... Hahaha~ Damn, she such a beauty~ Alrite guys, I gonna show you my beauty now~

Last Friday was my off day and Joshua is in town again! So 2 of us went to fish again and this time he brought me to a new place. New for both of us... As we arrived there we saw a lot of fishermen were there... And in 1 minute time 2 or 3 of them caught fishes~ All in one time(almost lar)~
Without wasting anymore time we set up our equipment and start to fish~

After 2 hours, we got 0 fish~ then Josh decided to change another bait cause our bait seem not the fishes favourite. Then I change my bait and cast... after 10 minutes, my float sink!!! I caught my first FISH !!!!

Then after a while one uncle came to us and offer his bait since he leaving and teach us some method of using it, he even upsale his hook to us~ Josh said he saw one uncle use tht hook before and it quite good so we bought some from him. Tht uncle bait was really good~ Why? because I got another 3 fishes with his bait~ hahaha!!!

Tht amount sum up my catch of the day which in 4 FISHES!!!

Fishing is really one of my favourite thing to do now~ but I still love football and futsal~

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen~ I'm back from KT 1 weeks ago... As you all knew, I went back to attend my grandfather funeral. He pass away after suffering for 6 years stroke~ May him rest in peace~

So I back to my training and started my practical training in kitchen now... It is a disaster!!! Ya... seriously~ The kitchen is so hot and make me feel uncomfortable and sweaty all the time. And I am really not enjoying the time in the kitchen. I just hope they will transfer me to another kitchen ASAP!!!

I hope my training will end ASAP becoz I am sick of it~
3 and half weeks to go~

As u all know, I having my second training now. Today is my offday and my fishing kaki, Joshua is in town(he is now training in one of the hotel in PD, jz back for 3days). So what else? I went to fish with him and Nicholas too~

Not too bad for today, I got two fishes, one Roohoo and one Keli~ Hehehe~ Keli, a new species I caught today~ This is the first time I caught Keli. Quite small size but nvrmind... something is better than nothing~ hehe~

Hello people~ Tiring tiring tiring daysssssssss~ currently I hving my second industry training in one of the hotel in shah alam~ All I hope now is to finish my exam as soon as possible~ I am sick of it... Maybe because most of the time I in contact with most of the business clients not the foreign tourists. I prefer dealing with foreign tourists as they are much friendly and hv better attitude~ serving a local malaysian is the worst experience~ why? because 90 out of 100% of them dun really respect the servers. For them, the server are not to their standard to be respect. Come on... who are u 10 or 30 year ago... U know better right... I believe most of u start from lower level and u too feel the same when ppl dun respect u... unless u had been that high class level since small. But so what?

Malaysian... typical Malaysian... I am speechless... Regardless what races are u... u still Malaysian and u still hv the same attitude because u are born in the same society... Learn to appreciate, learn to be graceful, learn to respect, learn to be humble and learn to be a better Malaysian.

Remember my previous post on the language should be use in teaching science and math?

I feel that the government should ask the opinion of the students who had experience it. No point they go and ask the current students whether they prefer to be taught in English or Bahasa.

Why no point? Because they havent experience the benefit of learning those subject in English. Try ask those students who started to use English in science and math in year 2003. Yes, my year. I from the first batch of students who started to use English in learning science and math. We too felt very unfortunate that time and asking why they swift the language for tht two subjects. But now, we know the benefit. In higher education, all this science and math subjects are taught in English and I believe most of us can understand it without much problem since we already have the basic.

So please ask those who have experience the benefit and make sure the other students too will gain the same benefit as us~ All 90s students please sound out ur opinion on this matter so that the benefit for learning Science and Math in English can be maintain for our younger brothers and sisters~

P/S : Check my result just now... well, still at the same average point... could be better~

Last few years, our government decided to change the language in teaching Science and Mathematics. From Bahasa Malayu to English~

After few years, they decided to change back from English to Bahasa Melayu~

Same as few years back, some support while some feel unhappy bout it~ I just want to share some of my own personal opinion on this matter~

Teaching Science and Math in English actually a very good idea because after those students who finish their secondary school, they will proceed to a higher level of education in college/university. In higher education, science and math is teach in English~ So if they already learn science and math during their primary and secondary school time, it will be not much problem for them in their college/university especially those who taking science relate course or math relate course such as doctor, pilot, engineering or boitech.

When we plan something, we plan for long term since it related to the future. If just for a period of time then it should be fine. But this is about the future leaders of our country. If the government change the language just because they think the subjects should be teach in language that understand by the students, IT IS A BIG MISTAKE !!!

Why? Because when the students go to higher level of education, they will find more trouble in understand the subjects cause the subjects obviously going to be harder. It is true that we can produce a number of good doctors even last time they use to learn science and math in BM. But how much effort and time they had use to try to understand science and math in English when they proceed to their higher education? Teaching Science and Math in English during primary and secondary actually help the students in they future studies. For those who wish to proceed to oversea studies especially those who wish to take medic or pharmaceutic.

Dun think from your view of point... think from the point of view of the students, cause they are those who going to learn the subjects. They are the one going to use the knowledge. They are the one going to lead Malaysia in future.

Government ar government... look further please~ the road is still long... dun built an unnecessary traffic light in the middle a straight road~

Hey everyone~ I am back~ Finished my final last Thursday but I did not have a chance to post in my blog... Perhaps I am lazy to blog after final... Hehe~
Last Thursday after I finished my final test, I went for an outing with those girls from group5 and only me and charlie are the extra guys. We went for a movie... have our dinner at T.G.I Friday and at night I went for clubbing for the first time in my life~ With Charlie, Mervyn and Wan Qi... Sam join us later on~ I hv quite a good experience in M.O.S with all the music and babes and dudes and Alcohol! Well, I ain't a clubbing kaki... I went there jz to experience something new since I always listen to my friends talking about how fun they are in the club...

Term 4 end so fast~ I can still rmb the day when I step down from the plane~ haiz~ anyways~ c ya in the next post which i believe gonna be very interesting~ haha~

Its been few nights... I was not able to sleep even my eyes was hanging half way... even I rolled for hours on my bed... I been thinking too much... too much... I believe most of us whoever have email will receive a lot of forwarded email from friends or unknown sometimes. If an email is forwarded in the way to share jokes or some funny pictures that's fine... but some immature, stupid, fuck ass, brainless, idiot just so damn LOVE to forward emailsssssssssssss that curse others mother, father, grandparent, whole family, lover and everything that they THINK will make u forwarded tht email as well...Come on man... how old r u to believe such a ridiculous forwarded email?

To all those asshole, plz go to the hospital and ask for a brain surgeon to remove ur brain from ur head and stuck it inside ur fucking butt since u guys are so damn fucking LIKE to think using ur butt full of SHIT!!

I writing this because I just receive one email that cursing ppl who delete the email will hv his/her whole family killed in 7 days, if forward, his/her lover will fall to him/her and if not forwarded his/her mother will die in an car accident in 50 days. Its 2.30am in the morning now... and i got class later at 9am... went to sunway jz now at 11.30pm... to celebrate my friend's birthday

We bought her a Baskin Robin ice-cream cake. Chocolate favour... her favourite favour (As well as mine too) After 20 minute of chit-chating she and yenwei back to their home.. while the rest of us went for a pool game at one of the place name The Pool Room right beside Bar Celona... No no... I ain't a clubbing kaki~ In fact I nvr been there bfor... Well... I do wish to go there at least once so tht I can know wat actually the club really looks like... In the Pool Room... I get myself a bottle of Carlsberg.. not my favourite beer but they sell only Calrsberg... I wondering why they dun hv Heinekein? Anyways.. I writing this entry jz bcoz I wan to wait my hair to dry up bfor I sleep...not good sleeping with wet hair (but I did tht sometimes).

Today is Labour's day... Should be a very meaningful date but... aish~ jz forget bout it...

Two days ago was my birthday... getting older again... around 11pm.. YenWei called and said advance happy birthday to me as she too tired to wait till 12am... Then around 11.30pm, Celes called and said with nervous tone telling me tht her house lamp went off and she so scare~ Without thinking too much I off to her house which is 1 house after mine. I went to her house and she told me her room light cant light up... so I walk to her room and open the door... Wat I saw next was bunch of people standing inside the dark room with a birthday cake hold by Geralyn... Seriously, I was surprise with it... Very surprise.. We ate the cake after photography section.. They bought me a tie and Sam brought me a bottle of red wine. The tie is really beautiful and the wine is good. I finish the wine with Celes and Sam till 3am in the morning. Thank You to everyone who was there tht nite... especially Yen Wei who plan all the things.. love u so much~ haha~

Wake up at 12.15pm... Gv a call to the hotels and send an email to my lecturer. Then I went to Sunway Piramid to celebrate with my housemate and few friends. Hv our lunch at Pizza Hut and then watch the worst movie ever in my life. Thts end my birthday celebration... nothing much special..

Talking bout birthday.. My housemate jz told me a crazy thing bout this girl who gonna celebrate her birthday soon... This girl asking her friends to come over for her party at one of the club in town and she said it on self-paying basic. well, thts fine but she eventually told her friends that if any of them dun come plz do buy her some presents. =.=!!! And to my surprise she even have a list of wats she wants for her birthday present... That's seriously ridiculous... I cant really imagine TBS got this kind of people.. So far I nvr heard anything like this in TCHT... LUCKY~

last week was a random week... where I done my random restaurant practical with random carving and random food presentation with my random group-mates. We carved two random fruits. random mandarin orange and a random grape fruit. using my random carving knife which i borrow from my random DC friend, i carving randomly and placing the carved fruit randomly on the plate... and next u gonna see some random photos taken in the class...

The next day I went to get my hair cut in a random bus right in front of Mentari Court. My random friend from Terengganu which so happen to one of the stylist there so I jz randomly ask him to cut my hair with a random hair style. Again some ran rando random photos coming up next...

During the random weekend, I went to Taylor's Colympic a Bukit Jalil with random Joshua, random Sam, random Jay and random Mervyn. We were there to play random paintball... we r randomly excited on the way there but we randomly became coward when we saw there are so many random professional paintballers with their own random equipments and kits. But we so randomly felt happy after we be inform by a random friend who are part of the organiser that we not competing with the random pros (Even we are, i dun think those random pros would bother to play with us). We playing random capture the flags type of paintball game. 5 random players in one team and they need to shot down a bottle which randomly place on a random pole in the middle of the field then only u can start capture the flags. \

While waiting for our turn, we sign up for a random Hotlink plan, the Youth Club. Six person sign up will result a random BPL famous footballer given to each person. 5 of us sign up and random Sam help his girl to sign up one too so six of us get a random BPL footballer player small random figure. And then we went for our paintball competition. Our random team name is The Five Batangs. Random team name for all random players. After we randomly choose our mask and GUN! we went into the field and start our game after a short random briefing by the head ref. When the game started, I ran to the my place which we randomly plan before that and start shooting the random bottle. But the random bottle jz dun fall down even i had 10 to 15 random shoot hit the bottle. Random Joshua "killed" 4 random players from the other team. Non of us kill in the game but we lost coz we din capture the random flags. Then we randomly walk around the event side watching random people playing their random game and we hv Uncle's Bob random fried chicken.

Just finished the second day in college after been out of college for 3 months... Quite tiring day as I went for my class 9am in the morning and then break for about 3 hours before start out kitchen class at 2pm till 9.30pm night. I expect myself to buy S.E C902... but I end up with S.E G705. Slide type phone.. new for me as I nvr try slide phone before... Well.. so far no bad... Transfer to housekeeping department last week... Guess wat??? I jz so happen to follow the same room maid as my seniors who conducted their training last year same time same place... She or I use to call her 'kak ana' asked me whether I know Ivan, sunny, ken, khai syhang and xin chew... Well... yea... they are my seniors... and we quite know each other... wat a coincident...

For the whole last week... I being following the morning shift room maid to clean up the room... bed making, wiping, swiping... and so on.... this week I will be following the supervisors and afternoon room maid... following a supervisor is jz so easy as we jz do room inspection for the vacant room... and maybe help the room maid to clean up a little bit when guests are waiting to stay in the room...

Next week... I will be in laundry, linen, public area and gardening.... fuuu~~~~ wish me good luck...

Something really bad happen lately... and I kinda lost... I just don't know what I can do... Hopefully... everything will go smooth without anything even worst happen...

Hello everyone... How ya all doing?? First of all... sorry to all my friends who wish me happy CNY... I really for not replying u all... so here, i would like to said happy belated Chinese new year to all of u... and... Happy Valentine to all couples in the world...

Second... As u all know... i had been in the industry training for about 6 weeks... for the first 4 weeks, I been working in the restaurant... then I transfer to the bar to be a bartender... Bartender is really fun... I enjoy being a bartender... well... of cause I enjoy too when I work as a waiter in the restaurant. But somehow in the bar make me feel more fun and joy.. of all the beverage I mix... B52 is one of the most challenging cocktail I ever make... it is layers of Kahlua, Bailey's and Cointreau/Grand Marnier. When serve to the guest... its should have 3 layers...

One more week in the bar then I will transfer to housekeeping department... 3 weeks in housekeeping then I will end my industry training!!! Muahahahahaha!!!!

Currently I in my industrial training in one of the resort in Langkawi... For the past 4 days, I had been very busy as one of the company group came to the resort. About 400 people were coming in... All are Malaysians... very typical Malaysians. I hope u know wat I try to say here...

Well... I got only one thing to mention here... Malaysian... plz dun waste the food... even u in buffet and ur meal is pay by ur company and u are eating free food... Its really bad attitude...
And I heard one of the conversation between two women which make me feel so sad...
Woman A was eating with her friends... later woman B came and join them... they chit chat for a while... den Woman A is leaving with her friend while woman B continue to eat her meal...

Woman B : " eh kak... itu semua taknak ke? "
(" Eh sis... all those are unwanted anymore? ") pointing at a table full of desserts....
Woman A : " ya lar... bazir kan? tapi apa boleh buat? "
(" ya lar...wasting rite? but wat to do? ") and she jz leave the table...

They are so wasting.. they should be able to think rationally rite... I believe they age are old enough to be rational... haiz... Malaysians.....

2008年最紧张的时候,因为我将要拿SPM的成绩! 幸好成绩并不坏... 拿了成绩单后就飞去KL注册college. 我选了酒店管理的课程.

然后回来跟朋友去热浪岛玩.

四月
正式加入了Taylor's school of Hospitality and Tourism.

还买了一个新的手提电脑. Andrina买了新的百万富翁. 真是反老换童. 但满好玩的~

五月

在college也有一段認日子,认识了很多新朋友~ 适应新的环境并不难嘛. 哈哈哈~

六月
与她分手了...

我的假期到了.终于可以回家了.好想念家人与朋友.回去前,我跟朋友去溜冰. 第一次玩,摔倒了很多次.羞死人了~

开学前,跟随Andrina的groupmates去热浪岛玩.

好好笑的一个月.我的学院的停车场竟然着火!!! 不知道哪个学生的汽车暴炸了.真可怜~

成功地present Mr.Adrian给我们的0assignment. 我们成功的买出Taksin Slipper和在HIV Theatre Fest拿了安慰奖~
然后我又放假鲁~~~

放假回来后,我去了云顶高塬.当然是跟朋友咯~ 玩完了就回到非常高压力的生活.有点不开心.

非常的忙.很多很多的assignments等待我.

我面临了我课程里第一年的大考.读书读到脑袋快暴了.考完后就放假了.
在我朋友家倒数2009的来临...玩到很夜~

Helllooooooooooooooooooooo Everybody!!!!!!!!!!! C.Kiddo is now back on TrAcK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I mention in my previous post, I am the bartender for today serving class~ So I had to come out with my very own mocktail~

~Mocktail~
Name : Never More
Mixtures : Orange, honeydew and sprites

Instruction : Prepare a high ball. Pour about one and half teaspoon of concentrated orange. Then pour the sprites till half of the high ball. Den pour in one tea spoon of concentrated honeydew. Den add some ice. Lastly top up with sprites again. Never More are now ready to serve~

Why I name my mocktail as Never More? Humm... I was thinking of the mocktail name yesterday night.. Den I chat with one of my friend in msn. Coincidentally, I saw her display picture with the word 'Never More'. So I decided to put the name as 'Never More'. It quite suit with my mocktail as the mixture in the mocktail are only 3. Mocktail with two mixtures will jz too simple while mocktail with more than 4 mixtures will be little complicated. So I think 3 is jz simple and nice. I mean for my level.
We serving 51 pax today, and 40 of the guests ordered my mocktail!! Hahaha~ Felt quite good with that... Thank to those who ordered my mocktail. Thank for ya support~ Prove that standing for 1 hour and more infront of Jusco beverages rack quite useful~

After that serving class, I stay for another serving for charity. Again I handle the beverages again... addicted I think~ Kids... nothing much to say... U guy noe how kids act rite >.< ady.. Jz enjoy some photos~

Fu~~ Hving restaurant practical class in the morning. Well quite an easy serving today as we rushed to finish our serving class. This was bcoz the restaurants gonna to be use to serve parents who came for a high tea with lecturers. So a what we planned earlier last week, we going to wine tasting at Bangsar. So 11 of us went by Jay's car and Sam's car. we reach there about 3.50pm. Its a one hour wine tasting section.

Miss Linsay is the instructor who in charge to explain something about wine to us. We given two bottle of wines to taste. One White Wine and Red Wine.

We had been tought of how to taste wine. How to smell the aroma. How to differenciate young wine and old wine. This is quite interesting. My 100th post is for my father.

Went to F&B class just now. My lecturer show us one video from YouTube. The video is about a father with his disable son finish a Triathlon Ironman. It is a sport event consisting of Swimming, Cycling and Running in various distances. Participant will start will swimming then cycling and last running continuously until they reach the end. Type in "My Redeemer Lives" in YouTube and watch the video.

After I watched the video, I felt like crying but my tear just couldn't drop. The video remind my of my late father who passed away last year, April.

My father was the one who inspired my the most to be who I am today. From I was a little kid till the last day I saw him... He cares bout his family, brothers, sisters and friends. From I was a kid who jz about to enter primary school, he already planned for my future. He choose the best school for me. He wants me to be someone in the future. When I in standard 6, he wants me to score at least 5As so that he can transfer me to a better secondary school. I managed to score 5As and 2Bs. He was happy... Even he said I'm not doing my best by getting 2Bs. Then I transfer to secondary school. I got my PMR result with 5As and 2Bs again. He said it again but I knew he was happy. He do not show his happiness in front of me bcoz he want me to do better. But he never able to be on my side when I got SPM result. I did kinda blame him for transferring me to another school, but now I know, what he did was all for my own good.

The scene when I was hospital looking after him is still fresh in my mind. The first day I arrived at one of the hospital at Kuala Lumpur. No hospital name mention. My evil auntie acting like an angel in the room. My father hold my hand and told me to look after my two younger brothers and the family. The day before he passed away, I feed him porridge as he was suffering from stroke. Tht night I went back to KT. The next morning, my mum fly to KL so sudden without telling me. I woke up around 9am. My friend call me, asking me if my father passed away ady? Bcoz my auntie[not evil one] was in my school crying to find me. Then, I received a call from my mum... she told me my father was no long here. My mind was blank. My mum told me not to cry, as I am the eldest son. I hold my tear, my auntie pick me up when the school teacher told her tht I was not in school. My friend call me again when I was in the car to check up how I am doing. I cant say anything, my mind was not working, wat I reply was just "Em...em...". I reach my cousin house, laying on the sofa, I couldn't hold my tears anymore... I totally break down. I cry till I fell asleep. I woke up around 5pm. Then my aunties and uncles asked me to have some change bcoz we were going to the funeral. We wait there for my father coffin arrived. When the coffin arrived, my mum remind me again not to cry. But I just cant hold my tears. I turn my head around and cried... My heart was really paining. My friends visit me at the funeral and I am really happy to have bunch of friends like them. Not just one or two but whole group of them. Thank you guys and girls...... I love u all...

Today, when I watched tht video.. Its remind me of my father. I miss him a lot. My father is the reason why I am here. He is a great father... great man... I Love You, Father...

Ouchhhhhhhh~~~~~ I hurt my knee yesterday during a futsal game at Taman Megah SS24... So pain... Cant sleep well whole night... Okay okay... I celebrating my 99TH POST today !!!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha~ So I gonna write something bout my football/futsal life as part of the celebration... Watever.... Hehehehehe~~~

2004, I was in Form 2. My friends joined the LCDS Football Tournament 2004. And the team was name Shaolin Soccer. =.=!!! But they lose in tht tournament. Since then I join them to play football at Sultan Sulaiman 1 primary school field (Known as SS1 Field). Well... needless to say, I play lousy football.. Low stamina, run slow, react slow, kick soft and...... worst of the worst bad temper.

In year 2005, the team officially change the name to Underground FC. We joined LCDS Football Tournament 2005 and end up with First Runner Up. We were some kinda proud of our self so we decided to challenge a team from other school in town. Saturday morning, all of the team players gather up and discussing how we gonna beat them and celebrate our victory without knowing tht the other team was much way better than us. We started the match with smile on our face and end the match with face as if we eating super sour plum. One of the guy who help us for the second said to us, :'If u all play like this in future, better dun play football anymore!'. And bcoz of the sentence, we trained hard. Everyone of us... No longer after tht, we challenge tht team again, and we won the match!!! Everyone improved a lots. As for me, I kinda slow to improve. Even my teammate laugh me or watever, I just dun give up. Coz I will prove to them someday somehow I will improve and be a better player.

After PMR in year 2005, we proceed our studies in Form 4, 2006. Our team had grow better and better. But there are better team outside. This year, we get to know the so-called veteran players, or better known as adults team. We joined the MCA tournament. We lose very bad in the tournament. This was bcoz we din really practise playing according to the formation. So our opponent easily know our weakness and score our goal as there is no goalkeeper. So learn from our mistake and practise more and more. We again beat other teams from others school and also from our school. Our team was consist of 19 players, 15 Chineses, 3 Malays and one Chindian. Well, as for me, I improved a bit. And I change my position as a goalkeeper to replace our first choice goalkeeper, C.W.Jim bcoz he was sitting for his PMR paper tht year. I had my wonderful tima as goalkeeper tht time. Saving shot and shot and more shot from my opponent was my pleasure. Year 2006 was the year where World Cup 2006 was held at Germany. So for the football loverssssssssss, I sure all of them will have fever... very high Football Fever! I rmb there is a kinda empty space between my class and another class. Its actually a walk way to ICT Lab. So we make full use of tht place by converting it into a football "field". Tht year Breeze, had giving away Breeze Ball as reward for buying their washing detergent. As the ball is small and its easy to be carry anywhere. So I brought one to school and we use to play whenever the Malays students went for their prayers at Surau. Tht was the more enjoyable time in school. Always fresh in my mind till now.

2007, SPM year. We facing the final exam of our secondary school this year. But it did not stop us from playing our favourite sport. Underground FC official website(Blog) had been launch in early January 2007. After losing in LCDS Tournament 2005, we won as the Champion for LCDS Football League. As I am the organiser, I changed Tournament to League bcoz the joining teams getting less and less every year. Wondering if the young members dun like football anymore... Sad new... Anyways, Underground FC had a lot of friendly match through out the year as it might be our last year to be able to play with full squad as most of us will be going to further study in different places after SPM.

Through the 3 years of football life in secondary school, I learn a lot. I improved a lot and now I still continue to improve myself. 4 years ago, I was a fat, slow runner, soft kicker, cant even score goal from penalty spot and my ball not even go higher than a 3 years old kid's height... I improve myself, from a right back defender, to a goalkeeper and now I am a Striker.. My shot no longer soft, It will go high if I wan it to be high, opponent defenders will pay attention to me when I in my striking position, I Am Someone On Field... I no longer a Nobody...

I am wondering when we gonna have a chance to play football with full squad again? I need only one chance, one beautiful game and one competitive opponent. Let's hope for it...

Honestly, I enjoy every single moment on the field. I love football... Football is my life, my soul, my passion...my EVERYTHING...

Positive? Negative? Or Both???

Hello~ Jz gonna crap a bit here... So just enjoy the reading and feel free to gv ur comment...

What I am gonna crap here is the way human think. Different people will have different mind and their own point of view. Basically there are two main type of thinking. Positive Thinking and Negative Thinking.

Am I a positive thinker? Yes, I am. I always think positive side of something before I get more into it and differentiate it to be good or bad. Same goes to the people around me. How I judge them? I will put them at neutral place and after I start mixing with them, then only I will determine whether they are good or bad. Even they are bad, I will still mix with them. Coz no matter they r bad or good, there will be still something tht I can learn from them.

In primary school, adults always think tht the students from the last few class will not be a good student. And the students from the 1st to 3rd class will always be the best, good, teacher pet type of students. But do the adults know that, those students from the so called lousy class will much more better than those so called smart students. I from the 3rd class in my primary school, but I only mix with most of the behind class students bcoz they give me some kind of comfortable feeling while mixing with them. Those so called smart students mostly all are kinda arrogant. Yes, they look down at those students who did not do tht well compare to them. Who they think they are? They are just students... good in academic means nothing... Reading books will just contributes some extra knowlegde for urself while to success, being a book worm is not enough.

I personally dislike negative thinker. Why they must torture them-self with all those negative thinking. Why they must think of the negative side of everything before they think of the positive side? When people think of negative side, the first word that they always will said most properly will be 'Cannot' or 'No'. While for the positive thinker, they always start with 'Yes,but...'

Example case: Mr.P is the positive thinker while Mr.N is the negative thinker.
A business plan had been suggested, Mr.P will start with 'yes, but how bout the risk?' while Mr.N will most properly said 'No, the risk is too high. We cannot do it!'

From the case, Mr.P will first think of the positive side as the plan might work out, but he will still concern of the risk and trying to ask for solution if there any. While Mr.N will straight ban the plan by saying the risk is too high and there is no possible to make this plan success.

Yes, I really hate it. I experience a lot of such cases. Back to that day, we are working on a project, and we faced a lots of problem. Everyone started to feel down and the spirit was somehow gone. Den this person said tht :' I know from the first day ady tht this project won't work one...See lar now... I said ady.. I confirm got feeling tht it won't happen..'
I feel like giving a slap to tht person face. This is a group project, and if u think tht it not going to happen, why u din suggest something better? We need encouragement not something tht will kill off our spirit. Till now I still believe it will be a successful project and I will make sure it happen. And I swear, I will shot tht person hard if this project gone well! U know what I said...

Seriously, negative thinking really can kill a person. But everyone seen to be prefer to choose negative thinking. Malaysian... What can we do? We are born in such society. If everyone can think more positive, I believe the world can have more peace.

My Senior's Food Promotion

I went to my senior's Food Promotion project on Saturday night. The theme of tht night was 70's Boggie's Night. People had seen to be moving backward to 70's fashion as most of the event happened to be using 70's as their theme such as the Taylor's Prom Night and my secondary school club annual dinner. Anyways, all my senior was wearing the 70's cloths on tht night. They even got two Elvis Presley on tht night. Its kinda funny looking ar them wearing those 70's cloths and the fake hairs. They were serving 2 appertisers, 2 main courses and 1 dessert. And one complimentary Kickapoo and one complimentary mocktail. Let's move on to the picturessssssssss as I am lazy to type anymore....
