I am BACK !!!!!!!!

Hello folksssssssssssssssss~ haha~ I just came back from my trip to Malacca~

Ya ya.. I finished my exam 3 days ago and trip to Malacca is like an after exam party...

Well I not going to post much about my trip to Malacca... not now cause I need to get the photos from sam and josh...

So what I gonna talk here???

How about we start with my very late P.A post???

As we all know... My P.A is to organise an event about food promotion... And to organise an event we have to divide our jobs... Since it about food so we have restaurant and kitchen department. For Restaurant part we start with the Restaurant manager and her assistant and so on and so on~ And for kitchen we will have Head chef with his three assistants and his crews...

And who is the head chef??? Oh ya... its ME !!! haha~ Well honestly, I don't really want to be in the kitchen at the first place... what I want is to be in bar because I really like it... anyways, since they choose me to be in the kitchen and lead the whole kitchen team, I take up the job...

From the beginning till the end, I trying my best to reach my limit and do the best I can do... but I found out that I can't... something wrong in me... Yes... And I'm happy that I found out what's wrong with me 3 weeks back... At here again, I want to said Thank You to my kitchen team who gv a lot of support through out the whole event and they really impressed me with the result during tht night... and from tht day, I changed my view on them... and I and sorry to everyone because I failed to do my best tru out the whole event...

Okay... let cut down all the emotional speak... and proceed to the event from the very beginning to the end!!! haha~

2 Down 4 to go

Just finish English and French language exams today~ French was really easy and I kinda feel so waste for waking up early in the morning to study~ anyways, at least I can concentrate on the rest of the subjects.

Went to fishing just now with Sam and Josh... Well, maybe today is not our day, none of us catch anything... and my fishing remain virgin~ haha~ K.N.S~

Oh ya... my previous post on the cocktail I created... I have found an solution to make it turn more violet... By adding blue curacao can help to turn the color into violet yet without change the taste as it have orange flavour same as triple sec... 10ml of triple sec and 20ml of blue curacao~ should be perfect by now~ haha~ shld try to do it next time~

I have been thinking of doing some renovation in my blog and I hving some problem to put the nuffnang sidebar adv~ maybe after exam I will find some free time to do so~ hopefully I hv free time~

Since the day I make my decision, I felt my life is getting better... and it shld remain tht way~

Bar-tendering seem to be common favourite among the hospitality students including myself... I love to be in bar since I train as a bartender in my first industry training... for me, the most important thing being a bartender is to make wonderful drink that will give their customer unforgettable memories... of course in bar is not just about making drink but to entertain ur customers who might sit at the bar counter... And fairing of bottle and shaker will be the common skill for a bartender to entertain their customer...
All this while I am thinking about how can I improve my skill in bar... I have very limited equipments and ingredients or I shld said no ingredients... All those alcohol beverages are so damn expensive and how wish I can stay in Langkawi and try out the recipes that came into my mind all the time...

Beside thinking bout bar... I always think about what I gonna do in my future... I wanted to plan... I wants to make a whole planning on what my future restaurant going to be... what food to be serve... what bar should I hv... what layout will be my restaurant have? And till the more specific area like which supplier I should go for my food ingredients as well as beverages... and where should I locate my restaurant... How can I manage the restaurant... I need someone who have expreriences in this area to give me some advises... I know who to look for but now is just not the best time yet...

Humm... I am tired... seriously need some rest.. good night guys...

Dancing Princess Violet

Today... oppss.. Yesterday I had my last FnB practical class in term5. During applied tech class, we need to present our own personal cocktail. So now let me proudly present to you all the "Dancing Princess Violet"!!!

Before that, let me introduce something about my cocktail. It is a perfect concoction of (30ml)Dry Gin, (30ml)Light Rum, (30ml)Triple Sec, (60ml)Ribena, (20ml)Lime juice and lastly top up with (90ml to 120ml)sprite~ Method used is shake and direct pour... Shake all the ingredients(except sprite) and pour into a tall glass then top up with sprite~

The Lemon symbolised the blond hair of the princess while the mint leaf symbolised the princess's emerald tiara.

It could be nicer if I can use higher glass such as hurricane glass or maybe bamboo glass but bamboo glass with be a little be too tall... need to increase the measurement for the ingredient if use bamboo glass... A collins glass will be the best choice~

Dancing Princess Violet

Color could be nicer if the glass use is higher... Will give white sparkling effect on top with violet base which symbolised a beautiful princess in her violet dress, silky blond hair and shining Emerald Tiara~

And that my cocktail of my own... before this cocktail, I make one cocktail once... I think I used gin as well with campari, Monin caramel syrup, and top up with passion fruit juice... I think thts all the ingredients I had used... should try it again in future...

Nuffnang!!!

At last I registered myself with nuffnang!! Now I am one of the nuffnanger!!! LOLx... I had been talking about joining nuffnang for so many times but I never do it till last week I finally registered myself...

Why so sudden? All thanks to Mervyn who give me a chance to enjoy the free movie ticket given out by nuffnang!!! Hahahaha!!!

So guys please don't hesitate press on the adv~ hahaha!!!

I should do more update in my blog afterward... exam coming out next... after that I will spend some free time to post up whatever happen for the past few weeks!!
Dinner at werner's and Celine/Eunice's Birthday celebration will be the two main topic i gonna post on~

I feel like blogging~

Out of sudden when I playing my facebook watever it is... I feel like adding something in my blog but I dunno wat to put... So sad~ Let check my picture folder and see what I can post on~

Humm... I hv an individual folder to keep everything for my blog... In the folder I hv sub-folder which I label them by college term. I in term 5 now and comparing the 5 sub-folder from term1 to term5... I felt like why the pictures in the folder are getting lesser and lesser~ The only reason I can think of is maybe we spend lesser time with each other from term to term. Things change as well as people.

Oh gosh~ I become an emo-kia lately~ Very emo sometime and I think I need a vacation to somewhere near beach and out of the city~ I shld start planning now~ Langkawi gonna be my best choice now since Redang is unavailable now~

Hey guy~ Sorry for no updating my blog~ My food promotion just finish last Saturday~ I felt kinda good now~ At least major part of my stress had gone~

Let me share something during the promotion~ I really impressed with the result of how my kitchen team work, they seriously did not dissapoint me~ From morning 9am till nite after the event, we all work so hard and have fun in the kitchen also... Well, nothing is perfect, something bad happened but at least I manage to control the whole situation. The whole promotion was really a fantastic exprerience for everyone of us~ from service side to kitchen~ not forgotten the bar too~ This is why I'm so in love with Grp 4,5,6.


Next, nothing to do with my promo. Human is born with characteristic, differ from one and another~ and the way people think is very hard to imagine~ Recently, I felt that one of my friend just dunno how to respect others~ I know how good to be with someone u like but please respect ur friend when they are around u~ I totally felt like a lamp or pendaflour light with only 'Tick Tack' and 'ze ze' sound~ I no nid to know how u express love to each other... it's NON OF MY BUSINESS~ And I DUN GIVE A DAMN TOO~

Watever lar~ Good night guy~ Need a good sleep~ and rest~
