Second... As u all know... i had been in the industry training for about 6 weeks... for the first 4 weeks, I been working in the restaurant... then I transfer to the bar to be a bartender... Bartender is really fun... I enjoy being a bartender... well... of cause I enjoy too when I work as a waiter in the restaurant. But somehow in the bar make me feel more fun and joy.. of all the beverage I mix... B52 is one of the most challenging cocktail I ever make... it is layers of Kahlua, Bailey's and Cointreau/Grand Marnier. When serve to the guest... its should have 3 layers...

One more week in the bar then I will transfer to housekeeping department... 3 weeks in housekeeping then I will end my industry training!!! Muahahahahaha!!!!
