OMG~~~ I am real tired and busy recently. Sorry for my blog readers...I cant really update my blog this few days. A lot of assignment and assessment and extra class for this few days. Yesterday was the longest time I spend in my college. I left my house at 7.30am den went to college for my Restaurant practical class...I slept only 5 hours the day before bcoz I was reading the note for the assessment I gonna had during the restaurant practical class. Well, the assessment were fine and I did pretty good job but still nid to improve a lot. From 8am to 1pm I was in the restaurant. Next at 1.30pm, I went to kitchen for my second kitchen practical class. All of us were so tired and sleepy. We start to practice our cutting. During the process, I accidentally cut my finger and its was quite deep. The blood came out like water tap...Hahaha... Nvm...I jz applied some medicine on it. I tot I am the only guy tht cut my hand...so I feel so unlucky. But den, tht cutting curse starting to spread to everyone coz they all start to cut their finger by one after another one...LOLx... I guess its not only unlucky day for me but it an unlucky day for everyone in our group. Then the chef told us tht we gonna hv our assessment today. Its about the technique of sutting the vegetables and also knowing the name of the of the cutting. Well, I done a good job I think. Hahaha...Jz kidding...compare to others...I am jz nothing....We end our class at 5pm den we straight for our dinner den only went home. I reached home around 5.45pm which means I ady out from my house for 10hours and I spend it all in college...So tired.............
